oracle 11.2.0.3 版本vote盘需要注意的地方
oracle 11gR2 11.2.0.1 或者 11.2.0.2 版本 RAC voting disk是放置在ASM的，使用外部冗余，如果升级到11.2.0.3，
为避免遭遇下面bug，建议将voting disk放置在使用normal或者high redundance的disk group上。
